How can I track my order once it's been shipped? Standard Australia Post unfortunately doesn't offer insurance or a track able system. However, if you do select the express postage then you can track your item during the shipping period. What happens once I receive my products and I decide I don't want them? If you are not happy with your product for any reason, Claires Cosmetics is happy to exchange it or provide you with a credit on your customer account, providing the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened, including the outer packaging. The customer will pay all freight charges and must contact Claires Cosmetics within 14 days of receiving the product. Claires Cosmetics takes no responsibility for products lost whilst in transit. If there is a product I like but, Claire's Cosmetics doesn't stock it, can I make a suggestion? Of course you can, it's important that we know what our customers like using and getting feedback on new products is always great for us to continue offering a fantastic service. What happens if my order hasn't arrived in the expected delivery time? Once you have submitted your order and we have received payment an email will be sent to you, informing you of your order and dispatch. What happens if you don't have the product I ordered in stock? Whilst we do try to carry ample stock of each product, from time to time we do run out or are delayed by a back order from our suppliers. If there is ever an item not in stock, we will email you as soon as possible to inform you, and of expected arrival of your product and dispatch. All products are genuine and we guarantee the authenticity of all our products, we buy direct form the suppliers of these brands. What do I do if my parcel gets lost? We offer many shipping options, with or without insurance. If you didn't chose Insurance with your order. Then we are unable to track the item for you and also unable to offer any refunds or replacements when lost in the post nationally or internationally. |
