Payment Options

Option 1 - Payment Online via Credit Card

Once you have reached the Check Out stage, proceed until you reach the Payment screen. Simply enter your card details and select the "Check Credit Card Payment" button to continue. Please note that credit card purchased will be displayed as ‘Claire Francoise Cosmetics' on your credit card statement.

Option 2 - Payment Online via PayPal

Claires Cosmetics accepts online payments via thePayPal payment system. Simply select the "Check PayPal Payment" once you reach the payment section. After a few moments, you should be automatically redirected to the PayPal website to complete your payment. Once your payment has been processed (usually overnight) your order will then be dispatched.

Option 3 – Payment by Direct Deposit or (EFT)

For your convenience Claires Cosmetics offers customers who would prefer not to pay online using a credit card to pay by direct deposit via their own internet banking.. Please note that payment must be received by us with 3 working days of the order date or the order will automatically be cancelled. To make a direct deposit using an Australian bank account, you can use the third-party-transfer facility in your online banking to send money to our account, details below.

Please reference your payment with your order number so that we can identify it as yours. If paying at a Westpac branch, use the last 7 digits of your order number as the payment reference.

To make a telegraphic transfer from an overseas account, please contact your bank for instructions. International Telegraphic Transfers will incur an additional cost of AUD$6.00, as this is what our bank charges us

Option 4 - Payment Offline viaPay by Phone:

For your convenience Claires Cosmetics offers customers who would prefer not to pay online, to ring and pay by phone using your preferred credit card. Simply select the "Pay By Phone" option on the checkout screen, making sure that you click on the ‘Place Your Order' button to obtain an order reference number. Please contact Claires Cosmetics on +61 3 9614 0400and our customer service representative will process your credit card details and complete your order over the phone for you.

Option 5 – Offline Postal Payment by Cheque:

If you do not have a credit card, then we recommend that payment be made via Australia Post Money Order. Simply select the "Cheque Post Offline Payment" option when checking out. You will be prompted to print out an offline order form to send with your payment. Please make all cheques payable to ‘Claire Francoise Cosmetics'. Please allow 3-5 working days for the cheque to clear. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been cleared.

Option 6 - Payment Offline via Fax:

If you wish to pay using your credit card but would prefer not to transact online, we offer you the option to Fax us your credit card details. Simplyselect the "Fax Offline Payment" method of payment when checking out. You will be prompted to print out an offline order form to send with your payment.
