What is the Privacy Policy about?

Claire's Cosmetics understands that privacy is important to you. This policy sets out how Claire Francoise Cosmetics Pty Ltd t/a Claire's Cosmetics handles your personal information. It explains the key measures we have taken to make sure we abide by the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1998, which includes the National Privacy Principles.

What information does Claires Cosmetics hold about me?

We hold information that you have given us about yourself and information about how you use our products. The information you might have given us when registering as a customer or applying for a product includes contact details, general demographic information and financial information. The information generated by your use of our services includes transaction and payment information and details of any contact you have with our staff.

We only collect personal information about you which is reasonably necessary to, provide you quality products or services, or to maintain your contact details.

We do hold personal information relating to the products and services we provide or have provided to you. We do not generally collect sensitive information about you unless required by applicable laws or rules

Do you ever use my information to send me other advertising material?

From time to time, we would also like to let you know about other products and services from Claires Cosmetics that you might be interested in. We might also want to let you know about products and services from other companies, but any such offers would come from us - we wouldn't give your personal information to the other company.

What if I don't want to hear about other products and services?

We train our staff to respect your privacy and keep your information confidential, and we ask the same standards of companies who work for us.

We are always listening to our customers and to the public in general, and responding to the feedback we get.
